NEW CONCRETE FLOOR:

Only intervene after the cement has cured (approximately 28 days). Make sure there is no rising damp due to capillarity and release substances (waxes, silicones) that can counteract the adhesion of the resin.

HELICOPTER INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE:

abrade the surface after sanding to eliminate the shiny surface layer. Dedust.

NON-HELICOPTERED CONCRETE:

treat the surface with a 1-2% hydrochloric acid solution and leave to act until no gaseous bubbles develop; rinse thoroughly with water making sure there is no more acid. Leave to dry for 24 - 48 hours.

DETERIORATED OR ALREADY PAINTED CONCRETE FLOOR:

Remove any non-adherent parts or peeling paint and restore with specific mortars for low thicknesses. If necessary, carry out a sanding to roughen the surface, thus allowing better adhesion. Wash with water and detergents to remove dirt and grease. Rinse thoroughly with water and leave to dry for 20 - 24 hours.

CERAMIC SURFACES:

Wash with water and detergents to remove dirt and grease.
Rinse thoroughly with water and leave to dry for 20 - 24 hours.

Make sure the substrate is properly prepared.
Apply one coat of FloorTE COMPONENTE A + B suitably diluted and let it dry.
Apply two coats of FloorTE appropriately diluted with an interval of 12 - 48 hours one from the other, depending on the
climatic conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.).

The coloring is achievable through the tintometric system.
In the case of coloring of several packs of the same color it is advisable to use bases from the same production batch. In case this is not possible to mix the various productions together in order to avoid any differences in tone.

Mix well before use;
Catalyze and dilute the product in the percentages indicated.
An incorrect ratio between components A and B can cause alterations in the performance of the final product.
The product reaches maximum strength after about 7-10 days from application.
Avoid the formation of water stagnation in the first week after application.
If necessary, dilute the product in the percentages indicated to facilitate application and distension.
Do not apply with air and / or substrate temperatures below + 10 ° C or above + 35 ° C;
Do not apply with residual humidity of the substrate higher than 5%.
Do not apply with relative humidity higher than 80%.
Do not apply in anticipation of rain.
Store the product without dilution water and uncured in a sealed container placed in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.

Sufficiently ventilate the room after painting before staying there again.
Dispose of empty containers according to local regulations.
