The product is a painting system suitable for environments with presence of food.
In particular, the product is suitable for walls, ceilings and surfaces for which resistance to washing and cleanability is required.

Pour COMPONENT B into the COMPONENT A container following the ratios indicated below (to recover the residues of the COMPONENT B jar, use part of the dilution water). Mix well until a homogeneous product is obtained, after mixing proceed with dilution.

TR Base:
Mixing ratio (by weight) A / B: 100/30
Component A 1.2 liters (900 g) + Component B 270 ml (270 g)
Component A 3.6 liters (2700 g) + Component B 820 ml (820 g)
Component A 10.8 liters (8100 g) + Component B 2460 ml (2460 g)

WHITE base:
Mixing ratio (by weight) A / B: 100 / 24.5
Component A 1.2 liters (1125 g) + Component B 270 ml (270 g)
Component A 3.6 liters (3370 g) + Component B 820 ml (820 g)
Component A 10.8 liters (10110 g) + Component B 2460 ml (2460 g)

Folder Tints:
Mixing ratio (by weight) A / B: 100 / 25.5
Component A 1.2 liters (1060 g) + Component B 270 ml (270 g)
Component A 3.6 liters (3180 g) + Component B 820 ml (820 g)
Component A 10.8 liters (9540 g) + Component B 2460 ml (2460 g)

NEW CONCRETE FLOOR:
Only intervene after the cement has cured (approximately 28 days). Make sure there is no rising damp due to capillarity and release substances (waxes, silicones) that can counteract the adhesion of the resin.

HELICOPTER INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE:
Abrade the surface after sanding to eliminate the shiny surface layer. Dedust.

NON-HELICOPTERED CONCRETE:
Treat the surface with a 1-2% hydrochloric acid solution and leave to act until no gaseous bubbles develop; rinse thoroughly with water making sure there is no more acid. leave to dry for 24-48 hours.

DETERIORATED OR ALREADY PAINTED CONCRETE FLOOR:
Remove any non-adherent parts or peeling paint and restore with specific mortars for low thicknesses. If necessary, carry out a sanding to roughen the surface, thus allowing better adhesion. Wash with water and detergents to remove dirt and grease. Rinse thoroughly with water and leave to dry for 20-24 hours.

CERAMIC SURFACES:
Wash with water and detergents to remove dirt and grease. Rinse thoroughly with water and leave to dry for 20-24 hours.

Make sure the substrate is properly prepared.
Apply two coats of RES 1N CO catalysed and appropriately diluted with intervals between one coat and the other from 6 to 24 hours.

Sufficiently ventilate the room after painting before staying there again.
Dispose of empty containers according to local regulations.
For further information consult the relative safety data sheet.

Mix well before use;
Catalyze and dilute the product in the percentages indicated
An incorrect ratio between components A and B can cause alterations in the performance of the final product
The product reaches maximum strength after about 7-10 days from application
Avoid the formation of water stagnation in the first week after application
Do not apply with air and / or substrate temperatures below + 10 ° C or above + 35 ° C;
Do not apply with relative humidity higher than 80%;
Do not interrupt the application if the surface is not completed;
Do not apply externally
Store the product without dilution water and uncured in a sealed container placed in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
