Pour COMPONENT B into the container of COMPONENT A (to recover the residues of the jar of COMPONENT B use part of the dilution water).
Mix well until a homogeneous product is obtained, after mixing proceed with dilution.
Ratio of catalysis and dilution A / B / water: 100/25/125
Component A 1 liter + Component B 250 ml + Water 1250 ml
Component A 3 liter + Component B 750 ml + Water 3750 ml
Component A 9 liter + Component B 2250 ml + Water 11250 ml
NEW CONCRETE FLOOR:
Only intervene after the cement has cured (about 2 months).
Make sure there is no rising damp due to capillarity and release substances (waxes, silicones) that can counteract the adhesion of the resin.
Helicopter industrial concrete: abrade the surface after sanding to eliminate the shiny surface layer. Dedust. Non-helicopted concrete: treat the surface with a 1-2% hydrochloric acid solution and leave to act until no gaseous bubbles develop; rinse thoroughly with water making sure there is no more acid.
Leave to dry for 24 - 48 hours.
DETERIORATED OR ALREADY PAINTED CONCRETE FLOOR:
Remove any non-adherent parts or peeling paint and restore with specific mortars for low thicknesses. If necessary, carry out a sanding to roughen the surface, thus allowing better adhesion. Wash with water and detergents to remove dirt and grease.
Rinse thoroughly with water and leave to dry for 20 - 24 hours.
On adequately prepared surfaces, apply a coat of suitably catalysed and diluted TR-RES 1N PR COMPONENTE A + B. If necessary, in the case of substrates with high absorption, apply a second coat of TR-RES 1N PR COMPONENTE A + B 3 - 12 hours after the previous one.
On non-absorbent substrates such as tiles, marble, etc. no primer is required.
Sufficiently ventilate the room after painting before staying there again.
Dispose of empty containers according to local regulations.
